At White Sage we set out to bring you an environment where high quality services are provided to nurture your well~being to help you feel & live better. Our therapists are able to tailor each treatment to your individual needs, each and every time you visit. Our goal is to make a difference in the lives we touch for all who visit Our Little Spa.

Cancellations

Upon booking your appointment, you agree to the following terms & conditions: 

 Your spa time is reserved especially for you. We value your business and the following  policies have been designed to maintain the respect of our guests and the therapists of White Sage.

We require at least a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Please understand that without notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time with others who wish to receive our services.

Should a change need to take place:           

  •  With 48 Hour Notice: We are happy to reschedule and look forward to seeing  you at your next appointment date. 

  • Less than 48 Hours: We will require a credit card or WS gift card to hold your future appointments*.  If late cancellation happens thereafter,  50% of your services will be charged.

  • Failure to Show/ No Show, No Call: The full amount of your booked service(s) will be charged to your card on file. Your therapist will then be able to be paid for their time.  Any future appointments will be required to be pre-paid. This is done with a credit card or WS gift card at time of booking.

  • New Client, Multiple Clients, Multiple Services & Spa Package: We require a credit card upon booking your appointment(s). Should a cancellation occur less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the scheduled services' fees will be charged.

  • Failure to Show/ No Show, No Call,  100% of the services' fees will be charged to the card. No Exceptions.

  • * All credit card information collected is held in a secure electronic processing system that ensures the information is encrypted & pass code protected to remain secure.

When Making Your Appointment

 Please inform us at your time of scheduling of any allergies, health conditions, special needs or concerns you may have. Your health & safety is very important to us and some services may not be appropriate in certain circumstances.

Booking online and don't see what you need, please give us a call and let our front desk work some magic.

 New Client, Multiple Clients, Multiple Service Bookings & Spa Packages:

We require a credit card to hold these types of appointments. Should a  cancellation occur with less then 48 hrs notice, 50% of the scheduled services' fees will be charged. Failure to Show/ No Call No Show, 100% of services' fees will be charged. No Exceptions.

  • Please allow 10 minutes prior to your appointment time for your arrival. This will allow you to begin to relax and unwind, as well as handle any necessities prior to your service.         

  •  Guests will be required to complete an intake/health form prior to your first service.. This is designed with your well~being in mind so we can deliver the best possible treatment for you.

  • Late Arrivals: We understand that at times being late is unavoidable. However, in order to respect the other clients on the schedule, we will be able to provide an abbreviated, pro~rated service at the originally booked service fee. If you so choose to reschedule, please refer to our cancellation policy for the charges that will apply.

  • Cell Phone Etiquette: In our waiting lounge,  please power down & refrain from making  or taking calls in order to maintain a tranquil environment for yourself and the other guests of the Spa.

Returns

Due to health & safety regulations, product returns may only be accepted if unopened & unused within 5 days of purchase. The return is subject to replacement or Spa credit that may be used on services, gift cards, or products.

All Gift Certificate sales are final and not redeemable for cash value.

Children & the Spa

We write this policy with the utmost respect to parents and our love & concern for the little people. With the intention of coming to the spa to relax and unwind, we ask that children do not accompany you. This will allow you to enjoy your much deserved self care.

  • We strictly prohibit unsupervised children

       in the Spa.

  • Children 12 -15 are able to receive services in the company of an adult. 

  • Children 16 and over will need an adult signature on their  paper work however, do not need an adult present for their service.

If the need arises, White Sage Wellness Spa reserves the right to change the pricing with out prior notice.
